Good to great DPS Intimidation tank possible?

Been looking for a build that will allow me good to great DPS but still be able to hold the aggro even if a Firewall or bladebarrier is dropped on the mob or bosses head. Is this possible? I run with a good group but do not always have a cleric strapped to my backside to keep me alive. I've searched several but all that I find either need a full time cleric to keep them alive or can't keep the aggro. Can someone point me in the correct direction?

See the Mobster build in my tag. Fully geared 68 Intim. Fully geared 85+ AC in S&B mode. Dual Min2 or Lit2 Kopeshes with 38 Str for excellent DPS (not max DPS mind you, but very good).

There are many DPS Intim builds out there. The newest ones may focus around the new Epic Sword of Shadows and a capped Pali.
