Fix LFM list scrolling/jumping

The increase in server population has thankfully meant many more groups being posted on the LFM panel. Not to mention it seems most of the F2P folks have figured it out as well.

BUT, as a result the LFM list is constantly in motion and it is often very difficult to double click to join a party - you end up joining the party above/below it as the list jumps around. And the same jumpiness makes it hard to hover on a particular LFM to see the party members.

Not sure the best way to fix this, but...please try.

but then again, when it gets too much for me I just hit the checkmark and only show the groups I'm eligible to join =)
