A Halfling Monk build...

I am interested in making a Monk.

Can anyone give me,a high DPS,soloable,Halfling Monk build?

It would really help if you will.

I searched around abit to find one,and kind of failed...

Forgot to mention I need a 28 point build!

Here is Rockan Robin's build which is pretty popular. I have had a lot of success with it and I am at lvl 17. It isn't the highest monk dps build out there, but it is highly "soloable" in your own words and has great survivability:
