It's also astounding how many people seem to forget you might want to move (especially sideways strafing to avoid inc ranged attacks such as annoying kobold shaman fireballs) while trying to target someone for a heal. Obviously we all move with left hand, use mouse to control view and thus find it faster to just klick on someones name/HP instead of looking for the F6 or worse, F11, to toss a buff or heal.
You should not take for granted that everyone has the typing skill of a squid that has 12 "fingers" instead of just 5 available - well 4 in reality since the thumb is to far down on the hand to be of any use for anything above the spacebar.
What DDO need is a completely scalable AND movable UI. Every element of it!
The way it is now, it is as foolish as if all the cars in the world would not have adjustable seats, just assume everyone has exactly same length of legs and arms to drive with.
There is no point in DDO not having scalable/movable UI. Seriously, it's to easy to do with the coding. There is no reason to have the UI so ... limited... They are just lazy developers.
