Hey guys,
Basically, I'm petitioning among other players for a toll free member for Turbine. I'm sick of racking my phone bill up by $20 every month (I take care of 3 accounts and all are renewed at different times of the month) because I'm on hold for upwards of 45 minutes every time I call before I even get to speak with someone. What's worse is that if I want to contact them for free, I have to e-mail, but the turn around for that is a week or more! I can't stand playing F2P for 2 days, let alone a week!
It's not fair to those of us who don't live in your immediate area. First we have to pay to play the game - and let's face it, this is not a truly free to play game otherwise we'd be able to access the majority of the content without having to purchase adventure packs or memberships. Then, if we're having problems with our accounts, we have to pay to contact the admin if we don't want to wait an excessive amount of time. This is ridiculour. I love DDO, and the customer service is wonderful, but we really need access to contact Turbine via telephone for free.
Please sign my petition for a toll-free telephone number for Turbine customer support. Maybe if enough people sign, they'll do something about it.
