Recreating characters doesnt update on my.ddo

Hi all,

I recreated a character last year (same name but different classes) and for whatever reason my.ddo still shows my older character and not my new one. Is there anyway to purge the old info on that site so that my new character is shown?

Many of us are in this boat. If you do a search on your character, you'll find
multiple entries. It looks like MyDDO always links to the oldest one, even if it has
been deleted...
