    Default Can't delete install folder

This is very odd, but I can't delete the full-game installation folder. It was downloaded to my desktop and now I can't delete it. It references that I need to get permission but I am the Administrator, so I am confused. Any help would be appreciated. BTW, running Windows 7.

If you did the "full" download of the install that uses "Pando Media Booster" (FAQ here) its probably because Pando still has the install folder marked as "in use". You can either disable or uninstall Pando (steps for either are in that link) and that should allow you to delete the DDO setup folder it created.
