Ahh yes.. the +* bracer hunt
Low level high AC bracers are extremeley expensive and hard to get.

+7 Bracers plentiful and can be found relatively cheap on the AH

+8 RR bracers are findable for level 15 on the AH for 12mil gold+ ( so generally means no thank you too much $$$)
+8 non RR bracers around level 17 on the AH for 8mil gold+ ( ..no thank you too much $$$)
+8 RR bracers with a ??? of something are level 17 ( generally less desired with the higher level req=better $prices)
+8 non-RR bracers with a ??? of something are level 19 and starting to be more readily found at more reasonable$$

Usually the extra portion like the mage armor clickies are meaningless and less than usefull, but are not the factor when looking for AC bracers the +8 ac is what everyone is after.

Unless you have the Icy Rainments, an alternative is to look at the DT armor (+6ac) and the Chaosguard bracers(+2stacking)=+8AC so you are in the same relative ac maybe better with some decent runes. I have not been so fortunate but am still trying to get decent rune pulls, as I curse the random runes tendancy to give me everything totally useless to me.

I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure Mage Armor Clickies can be cast on others. Regardless, it's still not something desirable at end game. The +8 armor bracers are nice though. Gratz on the pull.
