    Default I can't add my game card??

    So When I first started playing DDO, I made my first subscription purchase using a credit card. I've since been using game cards, but I always have to call in to have them activated, my screen doesn't give me an option to enter a game card code. This is really annoying, I'd like to just go to myaccount.turbine.com and enter in the code given to me. Is there anyway to entirely remove my credit card info from my account and get the game card selection back up there??

    Removing the credit card won't make any changes to how the game cards/codes work. We are aware that there is an issue with game cards at this time (as noted in this sticky) and are working to update the system.

    You can add game cards via the website while the account is still active. Since game cards always add their time after the expiration date, you will still receive the full number of days on the card regardless when you add it.
