    Default TWF feat progression

What are the general feats/pre-reqs for the more common TWF builds?

    15 Dex
    17 Dex

    TWF
    ITWF
    GTWF
OTWF (over-sized TWF, is this needed for any weapon, specifically warhammer?)

You need at least a 15 DEX on a non-ranger TWF build to be able to take all the TWF feats, provided you have a +2 DEX tome you can eat to meet the later prerequisites of 17 DEX.

Wrong, it goes by base stat. Enhancements will not help.

Really? Someone lied to me then, but I will take your word for it as you have obviously been around longer, sry.

EDIT: Although could you not start out at 14 on any non-elf or halfling and raise one at L 4 to miss the 2 point penalty of getting to 15 on non dex specific races and start?

The only ways you can raise your base stat are with tomes and the level-up points you get every 4th level. Every feat/enhancement I can think of that requires a minimum stat goes by the base stat.

Is OTWF needed for most TWF builds? I noticed the game compendium doesnt show if a weapon is light/medium/heavy.

No. The extra attack bonus is usually irrelevant (though it might be in some Epic quests), and it doesn't add any to damage (unlike ITWF/GTWF).

As for your question in the OP, here is the list of light weapons:
    Unarmed
    Sickle
    Dagger
    Light Mace
    Light Pick
    Shortsword
    Hand Axe
    Kama
    Kukri
    Light Hammer

Anything else will benefit from OTWF (or, if you want to be nitpicky, will receive a -2 penalty to attack bonus if wielded offhand without OTWF).

You could, but it would be better to raise a stat that would either be impossible to increase further with build points or cost more than 2 points to raise (your main stat, generally speaking).
