    Default Upgrade to VIP - 32 point Character Build

    I've upgraded my Free account to VIP at 7:22am EST.

    All the FAQ's say you need to wait about 2 hours for things to update.

    I still can't do a 32 point character build. Is that something else I have to buy with favor or points (Like Drow/FS)???

    or u can buy 32 pt characters from store. You don't get it automatically for VIP.
