    Default Problems upgrading to VIP

    I'm not able to upgrade to VIP.
    I pressed the "Get unlimited" button on my account, selected one month and I got the green confirmation, but it still sais Free on my status, and the get unlimited button is gone. My credit card is on file but there is no link to change subscription so I'm guessing there is something wrong.

    (Also, I have previously had VIP status. The last time I upgraded, the status changed from Free to VIP and back several times and I had to submit payment details 10+ times before it worked, and the VIP ended I got downgraded to Free instead of Premium)

    Could you please have a look? I want to play!

    Edit: And now I'm suddenly VIP.. maybe its sorted now

    im having this same issue, did you just have to wait a bit?

    Updates made on the Account Management page can take anywhere from an hour to a day to fully update. They almost always require that you completely close the game and launcher, and then restart and log in. If a day goes by and you still don't have VIP access, and the payment did process, please contact the Account Management department.
