I can't buy points, I'm told I'm outside a valid billing area.

Quite annoying honestly. I live in two places, Australia and Malaysia. I've bought points while in Australia, but now I'm trying to buy in Malaysia and I can't. I've tried using my Australian credit card, and my Australian paypal, but no go.

Is there at all a way for me to buy points to add to my account without having to wait two months til I go back to Australia? It's honestly quite discouraging, turns me off wanting to bother buying more points at all, as there's not much likelihood I'll want/need the points by then.
