No, the stunning effect works on the wraps, but it does not add to the DC of either feat.

Up till now everything I've seen discussing weighted has said that it works for stunning blow but not stunning fist. Are you saying that weighted specifically on handwraps doesn't add to stunning blow?

I always thought they did not, but I've seen that said lately, so before posting I logged in, bought some weighted handwraps, equipped them, and checked the DCs. It did not change. I just logged in again, put the handwraps in the stone of change, just in case they have been bugged since relaunch (I am on Cannith), and tried again. The DC did not change. I ran into another zone. No change. I logged out and back in. No change.

I am willing to definitively state that, unless I am under some sort of peculiar vendetta by karma, turbine, or Planck, patron deity of electronics, weighted handwraps do not add to the DC of stunning blow.
