    Default VIP account help please

    Im not sure if this is the right place, so sorry if im wrong but here goes.

    About ten minutes ago i purchased VIP account membership for one month, now according to the bonus's its all classes and races for free. Yet I still need to purchase not only drow, but favored soul to?

    Also it says you get 500 points a month, and i have 50? Now maybe the 500 comes later, and im fine with that but 50, and i still need to buy a class and a race? Is this a glitch or intentional?

    Drow and Favored Soul are favor rewards. The only way to unlock those without earning the appropriate favor is to buy them from the store. This applies to VIP as well.

    If you look at the VIP comparison chart, it states:

    * Select races and classes may still require the use of game mechanics to unlock for free
    That pretty much refers to Drow and FvS.

    thank you for the reply..but a new problem has popped up

    For some reason i cant seem to post in any of the class/race forums. Once again perhaps ididnt read properly the VIP thing but is that added on in a day or so?

    Changes made on the Account Management website, as far as upgrades and reinstatement, can take anywhere from 1-24 hours to fully update. If you don't have full forum access tomorrow I'd recommend contacting the Forums team via the link in my signature.
