Screwed up WF monk? What to do?

Hello guys, i recently subscribed to the game, and having played a couple chars to around level 7 or so, and reading a lot on the forums, i made a WF monk, strayed away from any direct build, leveling enhacements and feats from what i tought was a good idea, while reading posts on this forum a lot, i was leveling pretty well, but then i hit level 9, and i thought i always had such a small range of feats to choose from...
After looking a couple guides, figuring i would want ITWF at my level, i realized my DEX wasnt high enough, i started with the following stats:

STR:14
DEX:16
CON:16
WIS:18 now, with leveling bonus (Yeah, i know the problem is here)
Cha:6
INT:8

So i put all my points at wis, neglecting dex, and dont know what to do now, should i pick weapon focus: Bludgeoning, to level and pick ITWF at level 12? (Which doesnt sound like the best option to me...)
I am too poor to acquire tomes, but i dropped a +1 int tome today, which i figured i could trade for a dex one, what would solve my problem,but i am too picky on money to do this without considering other options.
So what i do? Wait for lesser reincarnation? i'd rather not to
Remake the char? (if i did this i know i would get bored and woul go back to my sorc)

You have a 16 dex. Best option would be to get a +1 tome before leveling, which will put you at 17 dex and allow you to pick up ITWF. If you are on Sarlona I have a couple of +1 dex tomes laying around, you could have one.

Otherwise, you could either re-roll, or just work on getting level 12, so you can put another point into dex, and then swap out whatever feat you get now for ITWF.

Wait for lesser reincarnation to come out. If you are already level 5 + and don't want to reroll is better wait.

You're not that messed up, Still fixable. +1 DEX tome will solve ITWF.
In the future, consider Greater Re-incarnating, but don't worry that for now.

Also make sure your Dex will be 18 when you are lv 18 or 20 so you can get the GM wind stance
