Sorry to say, I'm not back to playing. I'm just perusing the forums atm.

Many of the older players might remember me. I was called by many names.

Satan. The Devil. The Voice. The Only Voice of the WF. The Scariest thing to hear in a dark alley.

It was my voice that made young boys sound like girls and the girls would cry. It was my voice that made grown men sound as the boys they once were. It was my voice that made women swoon.

To those old friends I say (in my most menacing timbre): "DO NOT BE SO READY AS TO WELCOME ME BACK. To take form is to exist and as it has been known and as it is for now, I am only the voice that you seldom hear in the darkest corners. The voice to make the very heart in your chest quicken with fear and dread. I have 9 toons on khyber. sorry you have to pay to unlock them.
ok...I'll try to create a toon on the Cannith Server. Sorry you have to pay to unlock WF.
ok... I'll try out 'favored soul' (nvm they pulled this out of NWN instead of adding druids like players have been asking for since DDO Launch). Sorry you have to pay for that.

Ok I'm redirected to the "DDO Store". Jeez this game has turned for the absolute worst.

I'll be honest, after reading up on all the **** that's been going on in the game I'm sorry to say I really doubt I'll be coming back at all. The game was going along fairly well, except for the lack of regular new content, missing core classes/races and other issues that Turbine told us would be coming down the pipe. It's just a pity what has happened to the game.

I'll be checking back on the forums here.

Actually, I think Warforged and Monk are the only ones you actually have to pay for. Drow and Favored Soul both can get unlocked via favor.
