Exalted Smite "Fix"

Due to the lack of Exalted Smite in the Compendium, I have taken it up apon myself to add it. It really ticked me off that when I used the compendium to build my enhancement path, this was not there. Now I have to fix the entire path to incorporate it. Thanks alot Turbine.
