VIP benefits problems

So I recently. 20 minutes ago. applied for vip stuff and paid for it. the only benefit i have gotten so far is the 10 character slots. i cant make drows. cant make favoured souls. didnt recieve my 500 ddo store points for this month... what is wrong?

Points will arrive soon, you still have to earn drow(400 favor or buy) and favored souls (2500 favor or buy) and if you look it tells you such, however you now can make monk and warforged characters which premium and f2p have to buy. You got more bennies then you state you also.

1. unlocked all content(some still requires flagging)

2. ability to open quests starting on hard

3. removed AH limit

4. removed gold limit

5. removed tell limit

6. no level sigils(though noone will need those after mod 3)
