acrobat bonus to staff attack speed

Is there an accurate information on the type and amount% bonus to staff attack speed for acrobat I and acrobat II? I have not been able to find it.

The type is listed as Competence bonus, which means it stacks with everything but maybe Tempest. I've seen some numbers tossed around here, but nothing for certain. Basically the general idea is Acrobat I is "noticeable" and Acrobat II is "very noticeable" . This is believed to be 5 and 10% as listed on cforce's Complete Attack Speed thread found below (and I'm guessing you've seen it since you're looking for something official and nothing is listed as official there).
