plz help i was on a free account and i bought some items from the ddo store and it upgraded my account to a premium i want to go bk to free i've tried to go to find the so called subsciption tab on my account management page but its not there if i was to cancel the direct debit from my bank account would it put me bk to a free account and let me keep my character

Edit: I read the OP again and may have misunderstood. I subscribed for a VIP account, had it a night, and the next day it was back to free. I did not cancel or intend to downgrade. Is this the same or a similar issue?

blodious, you should be all set with Premium now. You'll have to contact the Account Management department with any questions about points. Sorry, but we can't help with that via the forums.
Serivik, the issue you're describing generally means that you either canceled before the upgrade fully processed and charged, or the payment failed. Since the payment always processes the next morning, you have to wait a day to cancel, or the upgrade doesn't fully take effect.
