Downgrade from VIP to Free, or Premium to Free (Instead of Premium)

I logged in several days ago to find my account changed from Premium to Free, 2 of my character slots removed and both of my characters are missing. I recently bought the $50 point bundle as well yet all of my adventure packs are gone and for some reason there's an unexplained amount of 500 points in the store, although I only had roughly 300 left. Please help.

sappercrv66, Premium accounts do not have subscription fees. They are an enhanced form of free play for players who were previously VIP or have purchased points.

Phobia57, if you haven't already, please close and restart the game. If that didn't fix it, then it is likely you're posting with a forum account associated with a different account. If this is the case, please post with the forum account associated with that game login, or contact the Account Management department.

i bought vip after looking into the advages and the account was going to change from vip to premium after i bought something and i was planing on making a new character to try and get another friend to pay to play lol so i was wondering how i could fix that lol
