Trakan, you should be all set now too.
The beholder wants to let you all know that this status change can happen if you cancel, or if the payment fails. If you know that you don't want to continue to pay VIP he actually recommends you cancel, as it leaves your account in a better place to make changes in the future. Canceling just stops VIP subscriptions as of the next billing date, it doesn't delete characters or stop Free/Premium access.

my premium account no longer exists
I logged in to day as a premium account. I logged out to patch the client and when I logged back in it said I was F2P.
Please Help me!
That's how it happened in my case, too. I logged in at around 17:15 GMT after patching up, everything was fine, though I was told to restart because of very high detail textures being updated. Logged off and logged on again a while later and was suddenly reduced from premium to free. Everything seems to be back to normal now though. I'm premium again.

After downloading patch, my account has been downgraded from VIP to F2P. Character screen is asking me to choose 2 characters to play.
