    I logged in several days ago to find my account changed from Premium to Free, 2 of my character slots removed and both of my characters are missing. I recently bought the $50 point bundle as well yet all of my adventure packs are gone and for some reason there's an unexplained amount of 500 points in the store, although I only had roughly 300 left. Please help.

    Phobia57, if you haven't already, please close and restart the game. If that didn't fix it, then it is likely you're posting with a forum account associated with a different account.     i bought vip after looking into the advages and the account was going to change from vip to premium after i bought something and i was planing on making a new character to try and get another friend to pay to play lol so i was wondering how i could fix that lol

    I have this feature on my account as well. Today my VIP time ended and now my account is stuck on free-status.
