    Cool would like to down grade to free account

    I would like to down grade to a free acount. I gave biling information to get turbine points and was upgraded to primium acount as well. I do not wish to be charged monthly to play. free acount is all I wanted. I just bought some points not upgrade. please help.

    Also, if possible, could you resolve the issue where there are two copies of one of my characters on my.ddo.com which prevents me from linking to him? I'd like to be able to see his stats online.
