    Default I bought a subscription but can't link my ddo account

    Hi, I just bought a one month subscription to ddo using my old turbine account information but do not know how to link my DDO account to the VIP sub. I already had the DDO account and have been playing for free and decided to upgrade. I do not have a key or anything to link my turbine account to my DDO username.

    The username and password combination that you use for the game should be the same information that you use to log into the game. If you are using different usernames for the game and Account Management page, then you are dealing with 2 separate accounts. They will have separate billing plans, status and characters.

    It sounds like you have a DDO account with a separate username from the account you used for LOTRO. That means you have 2 separate Turbine accounts. If you added a paid DDO account to the login that you use for LOTRO, then the DDO account with your characters won't have changed. If you contact the Account Management department for assistance with this, they should be able to help. I recommend calling if you're able to.
