I noticed I spelled it wrong after posting & was too lazy to go back & edit it. What i didn't do was actually read what it said or I'd gone & changed it like I'm going to do now to avoid further abuse.
Also Raegoul,
Stop infecting my posts with your Gornn filth/blasphemy. He is a farce/scam and will soon be gone from this server.
Im with the beer man on this one any player that has played for any length of time can afford to buy the basic pots needed, i have run in quests where my wf fighter has been the one throwing out lesser retores and poison neutralization blindness etc. *** is wrong with that picture a wf fighter healing the group up and giving others cure pots that i dont use i just carry them in case someone else needs. some peeps refuse to help themselves and i find it harder and harder to help them if they refuse to help themselves.

Lmao... Let's hope he brings enough beer to impair our vision... otherwise may see more threads of this sort from the mob?
I.E. (general) Marut tells you: I'm tired of you comming here to von 3 for me to temporarily blind you, am busy... Stop grouping with Disavowed or poke your eyes out.

I totally agree with you on this one. When in the shroud someone asks for resists/poison/etc, the ranger/pally should totally pass out the buff(s). For that matter, this should extend to most quests where the healer's SP can make or break the quest.
Speaking of blindness, remembering back when i first started playing... My gimpy paladin was blinded by something in a quest, and no one had pots or the spell. (I couldnt afford them yet, or so i thought) So i had to recall out of the quest, tried navigating to the marketplace tent, to find one of the 3 tent openings, to then navigate the ramps to find the right potion vendor. (all while blinded). After that instance, SOMEHOW i was able to afford at least a handfull of remove blindness pots on all of my toons. Maybe a little lesson from the school of "hard knocks" is in order for some. The only problem with this is that everyone else in group will suffer the 10% XP penalty. I suggest it may just be worth it
good times... thanks for digging up the memories.

At this point if someone doesn't have a pot to remove the blindness, curse, or whatever I let them suffer for a while. Even on a cleric I don't, and hopefully if someone isn't wiping their nose for them all the time they will learn to get their own kleenex.
If someone is new I'll take care of it the first time, but if you are running around with fancy weapons and whatnot at low level you can afford a clickie or potion.
I like to carry a lot of potions because I don't like being such a liability. Many players find potions too expensive, or are just cheap in general. Part of being a cleric is removing such ailments; you are the party healer.
A different mindset should be applied; plan on taking care of party members and be happy when someone decides to carry potions that tax you less.
If you burn through heal scrolls and healing wands, giving up a charge occasionally on the remove curse/blindness wand shouldn't be a concern.

I think this thread should read...
Is it too much to ask for Turbine to fix potions so that my fighters can drink them while raging?
That is one of the main reasons I have always liked playing a paladin; I like being able to take care of things like blindness myself with a wand.
I understand low lvl guys and new players.
Also those pots are expensive.
But just 10 of them will last a while. (usually)
Sometimes it takes me awhile to get around to buying them.
And some of my chars are so dirt poor, that it is very difficult to come up with the money for even ten pots.
But in general, I always try to be self sufficient.
It is almost a ritual for me that at lvl 5, I go buy what wands I can use.
Always amazes me that others do not do this.
Last night a Pal asks if someone could cure his neg lvl. I thought to myself, Restoration is a Pal spell, and my Pal carries scrolls.
This guy was lvl 11. Could still be considered new I guess, and maybe he never thought about it.
Guess the only one who is supposed to think about those things is the cleric.
I pity those groups where the cleric can't cure blindness, or curses, disease....stat/level damage.
Course now shrines cure all, and things go away in time.
not like the days when I had to stuble out of a quest and follow the mini map to make my way to an inn and stumble around backspaccing to find the Silver Flame guy.
