So, I'd never done Litany of the Dead before, and decided to do my flagging on my level 18 monk.
I head inside alone, and go down the Mentau path.
I guess I did the Mentau fight wrong, because I ran into a pretty nasty bug.

I pulled the lever at the base of his shielded platform, and it threw me into the air.
I landed inside the fire shield on his platform.
I proceeded to kick his behind, healing myself to cure the 40-ish fire damage I was taking every couple seconds.

Here's the problem- It didn't stop when Mentau died. I still had the Plaht Damage and Plaht Device debuffs.
I continued to take damage every couple of seconds.
Noting this, I ran back to the shrine a little ways before the fight, allowed myself to die next to it, and raised myself with the ressurection shrine.
I no longer had the damage portion of the Plaht Device effect, but the other effect- the one supressing all buffs- continued to operate, even long after I exited into the Flesh-Maker's Tower, destroyed the crystals, and then went and ran another quest elsewhere.

Here, you can see myself in House Jorasco, still with the Plaht Device debuff which supresses all buffing spells. In the top right you'll see the Plaht Device debuff, which I have the mouse on, showing the description.

It's quite awkward, being immune to all buffs.



Anyone mind telling me what I did wrong?
