    Unhappy My Friend got me some gift points but they got sent to the wrong user?

    I got the e-mail Greetings Francisco,

    This email is to inform you that a gift purchase on 315 Turbine Points has been granted to you account from . This account has also upgraded your account to Premium status. You may have to log out and log back in order to see these points be granted to the account. He did this around 10 am on Friday 1/15/10. So I log in I dont have my points. I e-mail them back they said told me this. Thank you for your response. After reviewing your account in detail, we see that these points were successfully granted to the username '<edit>' on 1/15/2010 at 1:53 EST. the problem is thats not me. I e-mail back but I still have not gotten anything back.

    Reagardless of whether it's your username or not, it's not wise to be posting usernames on a public forum.

    I recommend you reply to the email and let them know that you're still not seeing the points. They should be able to review the situation more thoroughly. You can also call.
