Question about attack speed

Who would attack faster?

#1 Level 20monk, highest wind stance, GTWF, hasted, 2 kamas

#1 Level 18rogue/2monk, first wind stance, GTWF, hasted, Handwraps

not sure, but the 20monk would be my favourite though the rogue has hasteboost for burstspeed

and why using kamas anyway, use wraps on the monk and attack even faster

More of a thought experiment, mainly for thinking about who would have the most vorpal attacks over time.

Monk would, They have an Insight bonus to speed with the GM Storms stance. Also, the rogue would do utter ***** for dmg with handwraps because he would still be at 1d6 for dmg, unless your just trying to keep the dmg near the same on them. But no, the monk would attack about 7.5% faster, and he is considered to be permahasted with some more stacked on top (the insight bonus)

But I thought Handwraps attack faster than Kamas, therefore somehow offsetting/surpassing/coming close to the extra bonus for the highest wind stance?

For example pre-mod-9, unhasted, at bab15, not using stances, Handwraps would do 90+90=180 attacks per min, while Kamas would do 83+83=166 ( http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=172819 )
