    Default Unable to complete transaction.

    I tried to upgrade my account to VIP today (im premium atm) and the system sayd it was unable to complete the transaction at the moment, please try again later.
    I've read somewhere in the forums that this is due to the fact that the billing information was being entered from a place other than the actuall adress on said billing info.
    Well, that was not the case. Since i live outside the 3 countries currently accepted for billing adresses, i've asked a relative of mine to make the payment for me, and gave her my acct information. (she lives just outside mexico city)

    Tried to get through the phone but there was no response (a few hours back). Sent an email, got a ticket.

    I just want to go on the record here, maybe somone can help

    Edit: just tried with a different credit card, and the problem persists
    Edit II: checked billing adress with the bank and copied exact adress to cc form on turbine site. Still, no dice
