What can be done when an account is hacked?

Morning. I have not logged onto DDO in about 4 weeks or so, and cancelled my VIP subscription around that time as well. This post is not about that, however. I have all my e-mail sent to my phone (so I can check work e-mails too) and I get this nice message while in a meeting at the office:

Needless to say I was a bit surprised. First thing I did when I got home was to change all my passwords, hop onto the game and check all my gear (I admit, never know when I am coming back) and check with the guild as to when I was last on... That last one I did not expect as each character had been on withing the past three hours, and all right about the time that the store item was purchased. I wanted to make sure that it was placed here on the DDO forums, but also wanted to pose the question that makes up the title of this thread:

What can be done when an account is hacked?

I told my guild that anytime they see a character of mine online they need to report it to a GM as I have no intentions of playing for a while longer. But I don't want to loose anything during that time either. Is there anything that can be done here? 30 points might not seem like much, but it is the principle of the thing and not the total of the points.
