Greensteel GS

Tryin to figure out this greensteel crafting, I am tryin to make a GS for myself when I Reincar.

I almost got the blank done but I really dont understand what else I have to do with it(the part with the shroud I guess)

I looked at a link for the recipes but its a little confusing.

So first off what would be the best Combo of stuff to put on a GS for a WF FvS, and a dummys guide to what to use and how to do it.

The Acid blast and Stoneskin looked nice.

Triple Positive is a nice all rounder killer dps weapon. You wont need a 2x stoneskin clickie when you hit 20 btw.

Not going with 20 pure FvS 18/2 most likely.

But just looked over the Triple positive. Would that mean my weapon has 2d6 Holy Burst along with another 2d6 Good Burst a True Res clickie(this is eh) and Greater Disruption(I like this one)?

Unless you already have another good devil boss beater (holy silver or silver good), I would recommend craft a mineral II Great Sword with your WF FvS. That thing will become a true all rounder except very few creature type. It's nothing about Stoneskin clicky (but if you didn't goes pure FvS at level 20, yes, those SS clicky can still comes in handy). Of course you can still beat regular devil with triple pos Greatsword, but if you really want to melee with your greensteel, why not make it able to penetrate Marilith / Pit Fiend / Horned Devil's DR ?

I myself will craft triple pos on greensteel QS if I want to bash undead (or even Maul if I don't mind to-hit penalty), but it probably have lower priority than Mineral II weapon and Concordinate Opposition accessories.

Also, pos/pos no longer generate true raise effect -- it only generate raise dead (CLR5/FvS5) effect.

Hmm kinda leaning towards googles now instead of the GS, I think +6 Wis, Wiz6, +6 to CHA skills, and another +150 sp would help me more at lvl 11 then the GS would. The Googles would save me alot of eq spots and the 600 total sp would be very nice same with the +6 Cha skills.......this is all if I got the combo right which I am still kinda eh on.

Also I know I didnt add any info on what kinda of FvS but I think I am set on a 18/2 Monk with 16/8/12/10/16/10(he is a 34 pnt) All lvl ups into Wisdom. Strag is GS on Weaker foe and for lvlin up through low lvls(b/c the journey is just as fun) and OC later game.

If making sp goggles make sure to go with the concordant opposition, to regain mana while mobs beat the tar out of you!

There's also just no possible way that you're going to be level 11 with a Tier3 Greensteel item, not unless you've had at least one other farming ingrediants for quite a while already.

And I'm not even sure it's possible to enter the Vale at level 11.

Correct me if I'm wrong as I don't have a high enough toon to check, but can't you wear a green steal item and carry a green steal weapon without having to purify?

No, you can wield weapons and wear one accessory without the taint effect. To wear more than one accessory
you will need to cleanse.

You can. Use a single Greensteel accessory (without cleansing) with one or more Greensteel weapon at the same time won't cause any problem.

However, if you want to equip more green steel accessory item, cleansing was necessary. Greensteel weapon doesn't comes with Taint of Shavarath, which is the reason you want cleansing your green steel accessory item.
