So finally getting around to posting the finished build..

32 PT Halfling
Str 13
Dex 17
Con 14
Int 10
Wis 15
Cha 8

All level ups go into wisdom for higher AC/ unbalancing strike DC. The reason for 13 Monk levels is tier 3 Windstance, 2d6 fist damage and the higher DCs versus unbalancing strike/stunning fist which are the bread and butter of this build untill you get weighted 5% handwraps.

I've managed to tank every quest while leveling since blackwidow bracers pretty much gives you godly AC untill Gianthold. When starting Gianthold good hps along with stunningfist/unbalancing strike will drop mobs before they drop you.

For 28 Pt Builds I would drop wisdom and dexterity by 1 each. For human I would drop intellect by 2. The 10 intellect does open options for CE but the main reason is for enough skill points to keep rogue trap skills/umd/concetration.

For leveling I found that going 1 rogue then 3 monk and alternating like that allowed for rogue skill caps when they arent cross class skills.
