I am mainly interested in two types of builds and wondering if both are effective solo'ers and of the two which might be the better solo character?

I am looking at a Drow 13Rogue/6Ranger/1Monk Tempest TWF etc.

And a pure monk halfling fistwraps build.

Both builds end up at or near 70AC self buffed...I believe the Tempest build will do more DPS.

I know that may not be enough info to go on but I am hoping someone has enough experience to give me an idea of the solo ability of both classes.
