The idea is to cast buffs and no-save spells (basically Wall of Fire) while swinging dual khopesh with tempest speed. Rogue levels grant trapskills and evasion with intimidation backup. Docent of Defiance and accompanying guards provide for DR and additional damage while firing off quickened reconstructs.
I'm not sure however if the reflex save is high enough for evasion to matter. 15 base + 3 item + 5 resistance +4 GH = 27. Any thoughts?
