Can not access Tomes in DDO Store

Whenever I try to access stat increasing Tomes under Stats and Leveling all I get is the standard feedback that "there is no content available for your level" red text.

I'm using a level 3 character which shouldn't even matter since I thought tomes were purchasable at any level now. Has anyone else seen this problem? Its occured to me over a few days now.

Actually it seems you can't access them until you do Misery Peak and get off snowside Korthos. I could view them once I got to Stormreach.

Have you taken tomes on this character yet? If you have then they will not appear in the store.

Additionally, +2 tomes will not appear until you are level 7.

Only if he had eaten a +1 for all 6 stats, in which why would he be trying to buy tomes?

Yeah the problem fixed itself once I got to Stormreach. I guess you can't see/use them on snowy side Korthos for some reason.
