You cannot create this character

When trying to reincarnate my dwarven paly, when i click "create" I get an error that I cannot create this character. Have tried several times.


Doing a lesser +1 i believe.

Also when trying to log into him now without reincarnating I get the following message when I mouse over his name"

and i cannot log into him now.

I can log into other char on the same acct fine.

yes and yes.


I changed his look from the one I was going for, and for some reason it allowed me to make it. Very weird.
