If you are offline for more than about 30 minutes, DDO now does the following:

disposes of temporary items (like holy swords)
wipes all buffs from you (your static buffs are re-applied on login)
fully shrines you (full hp/sp restore, clicky restore). This doesn't just refresh the pendant. Go run around in an area that lacks any static regen and where you wont kick back to a tavern (say the desert), use all your clickies .. if you come back 24 hours later, you'll get everything.

This also means that if you True Reincarnate FROM a Paladin, you have less than 30 minutes to make your new character if you want to keep your Holy Sword spell generated weapons. Make sure you have your new life's character already written down on a piece of paper in front of you so that you can use those Holy Swords for your first new-life session.

1. The secret door in WWs that you could close and re-open to get a second rare to pop can no longer be closed again.

2. The "loophole" for vet status to acquire the Grotto rewards has been closed.

You talking about creating a vet, not binding anywhere and typing /death, nope that still works. In fact I just figured it out like 2 days ago for the first time.

AI got another small set of modifications it appears for attempting to avoid harmful effects (I had 3 cases where I was standing on a web and lone flesh renders would move around the perimeter of the web until it was behind me, wait 6 seconds, then finally go into the web. This only occurred when I remained motionless in the web.). I've never had a monster go right to the edge of where a field effect was and go 180° around it perfectly on the edge while trying to get to me until today.

This IS in effect, I don't know the number though. Had 2 sorcs running prey on the hunter one of them came on voice chat saying "THE **** DRAGON KEEPS PUTTING OUT MY FWS, LOL!" (could have been giant I don't remember I do remember they were being put out.

Break enchantment? That breaks firewall. It's also usable by players to get rid of other players less than intelligent placement of persistent damage spells that can damage/kill a monster needed to complete a quest.

lol yeah, and a lot of things are off topic, like the thing with hyenas circling you out.
On this i'd mention that probably animals preferred approach is frontal.
In particular lions go for the necks and take special care not to stand behind their prey since they are usually quadruped herbivores with very strong kick.
