DDO Hanging at "Examine Programs"

Hello,

Up until yesterday (7th of January) DDO ran just fine. Today (8th of January) it hangs at "Examine Programs".

I've tried both following the guidelines in this thread ->

and I've tried, twice, a full disinstall & reinstall.


Could anyone please help me with this, thank you.

Edit: Thought I'ld add that I run it on Vista and I've also checked that all my drivers are updated (they are).
