Is 1mil gold on the Ah a good bid start? should i pay it?
or should i buy it out for 2mil gold? I want the enhancments for my wizard.

Meh up to you. Stormreavers napkin gives +1 to all dc's and +6 wisdom. If you plan on making them epic then you might as well get them, but epic is prolly a little ways away for you. Might be able to pull a set, or buy them much cheaper before your ready to upgrade a set.

Remember its not just a matter of getting to 20, but getting to 20, then running enough epic to get the seal/scroll/shard.

What it really boils down to is how much plat you have that youre willing to spend on an item that wont be a huge help to you for a long time, is a mediocre help to you now, and may end up sitting in the bank after you pull the raid loot.
