A couple of questions on my arcane archer build. (yes i know ranged is gimped)

Will power attack work with bows as rangers get strength added to bow dammage? (i cant remember if it does from my old ranger)

Devotion item for the ranger healing spells. Does the level of the ranger spell count or is it the standard progression. I.E cure light wounds is level 2 ranger spell. Does this require a devotion II Rather than a devotion I like a cleric would need. I am wondering for CSW which is ranger 4th level spell. (I have a greater devotion III ring) (not high enough level yet to test this)

Power attack only applies to melee attacks.

Correct. Devotion applies to the spell level. So you would need a devotion II item for your CLW which is a level 2 spell for a ranger.
