How do i upgrade an item

I have a +1 True Law Great Sword of Pure good how do i make it go from +1 to a +2 whats materials do i need how and where do i forge it please =]

You can't upgrade weapons that way.

You can "upgrade" it buy going to House D and finding the Brokers there and search through their inventory and find the same +2 that you want - give them platinum and wha la "upgraded" to a +2

ps.. TOP SECRET
you can "downgrade" your +1 to gold by selling it to the brokers.
but don't tell anyone or everyone will be doing it.!!!
