has the suggestion song changed? I guess i've never noticed, but someone please tell me I'm not missing something. Is it always the same song its always been? mass/regular too?

Well, I assume it has either changed already (haven't checked) or it WILL be changed somehow as of Update 3 coming. It says in the Lam release notes that the Bard's Suggestion song will no longer be dispelled by the Beholder anti-magic field. (As it should be mind you, since it is NOT a spell per se.) However, the last time I tried Suggestion song, it worked like the spell as in the DC was not based on Perform. So, it will have to be changed somehow and be viewed as something other than the spell Suggestion if it's to be undispellable like the buff songs are.

Imagine the possibilities, just suggest an army to take on those annoying beholders, lol.

I'm also wondering if Fascinate (and this future Suggestion song version) will be subject to the new "Heroic Surge/Spell" rules... I sure hope not. But I suppose it could be argued either way.

Without question, Suggestion SHOULD be changed to work based on Perform. I don't care that every Bard can get ridiculously high Perform ranks and DCs. It (Perform) should be the core skill of the class.

There is another thread asking for original Bard spells....this should be one of them.
