What are the actual Wraith and Lich forms used in game? What benefits do each of these forms give? I was hoping to get some information so I could begin planning a new character..

This makes me want to roll a 12/6 Wizzie Rogue Drow or somesuch for roleplay purposes. (Palemaster+Scorpion Wraith? Hecks yeah!)
Necrotic Touch is nice. Gives Pale Master a nice attack that does easy 100hp damage (1d6 per level)
and heals your summoned skelly...LIKE 5 sec cool down or less

this is all assuming you can cast it on yourself, which I doubt
Q&A is the business of pointing out others' failures. Optimists need not apply.
NO. You cannot heal yourself but two Pale Masters can heal each other when
in undead form. Save against decreases amount by half.
Enlarge increases the distance of Necrotic Touch.
Maximize, Emp increase damage. Used Heighten, but didn't see any effect.
Extend doesn't increase Undead Form.
Necrotic Touch: Foe, Undead Friend.
