Looking for people for a roleplaying guild project.

Hello, I've played in this server for a while now, and also I've noticed that there are some few role playing guilds around here. So, I decided why not to make my own guild here. And I think I will do so, although I need people. So, I'm asking you, players of Ghallanda, role players, that are interested in this offer please PM me, for now I'll give you a little brief to make you a bit more interested.

So, the idea is to make an order or a brotherhood, that fights under a god of light ( sounds lame, but it's just the start ). So, the order/brotherhood will be led by the council, which contains 5 elders, including the high elder. The council makes all decisions, but doesn't give orders directly to lower ranked people, they give it to high ranked members, such as Commanders. Also, the council members are neccesary to have a dragonmark and they have to be neccesary to be a high ranked member and also they can keep to their duties to lead the military.. Now, the ranking system will be like this - Initiate -> Squire -> Knight -> Paladin ( specific classes won't be named any differently, since this is just a rank ) -> Star Paladin -> Commander -> General -> Elder -> High Elder. Also there will be special ranks, such as Junior Knight, Senior Paladin, Knight Commander, etc. Also, there will be certain rules made by the council. Also, there could be a few civilian ranks, such as Scribe or Priest. About the roleplaying events, they will be made every week or so by the council members, which would be like - a member of the order/brotherhood has been haunted by a book he read now the members have to look for a scroll in the wilderness to get the curse off. But all members are free to roleplay whatever they want, whenever they want.

Also, for people who don't know how to role play but are still interested, no worries, we'll give you a short brief how to do it and you'll learn in time.

I'm not trying to be rude or anything, but man, as an innocent bystander..I wouldn't want to touch that with a 50 foot pole lol. I play DDO to have fun. I'm the leader of my guild, we have about 15-20 people in it. But if I was looking for a guild, that looks like a mess and I wouldn't want any part of it. I'm not sure if you have had messages about it yet or not, but that's just my thought. If you're actually getting a bunch of people interested, go for it it looks like a good idea, if you actually had the manpower to do it. Just my 2 cents, good luck.

Am I forcing anyone to be apart of this - no. Roleplaying isn't just some messing around, it can be also fun and sometimes it can be serious. And the guild won't be all about roleplaying, we will also do some Out of Character events, like groups and such. I get this little war - roleplayers vs normal players, it's been going on the whole time.
