Floating Damage Issues

Hey there DDO community, I have been playing for about 2 weeks now on a F2P account and from my creation I have not been able to see floating damage done to me or my targets. I've tried to turn off and back on the option in game, but to no avail and also I've looked for things on the internet related to my problem and have come up with nothing I was hoping to get a solution here.

ok so I have figured out that everything related to floating above my toons head is not working such as auras debuffs and buffs damage to me and my targets also not showing.

I'm not sure how to fix this uninstalled and reinstalled the game and nothing, I did notice however that the icons of auras and buffs-debuffs show up sometimes in the top left corner of my screen (almost as if its showing up off screen) and also sometimes damage to me is there anyway to move this to the correct spot or do I need to redownload the game and install again.

Any help would be appreciated
