game stops at the cop eblem

hello everybody ,i installed the game yesterday and all was fine i was playing in the village korthos and etc cause i havent download the full game ( it was still downloading via the turbine download manager) and so i was playing about 4 hours then i got to sleep and when today i tried to start it again after i put my password and username and then it connects when it goes a redscreen ( its a red circle....well it must be the coperation eblem ) it stops and get my in my desltop screen
