Downloaded game; made my character but tells me I can't play until beach is downloaded... but on the bottom corner the beach downloading has been stuck at 74.8% for over an hour now... any ideas?

Thanks; and okay... I thought it was going to work but the Pause Pending has been up for about 30 min now... it said it would only take a few min... 30 isnt a few...
