Connection to the server failed

when i start TDM i downloads a few ting within Microsoft .NET framework 1.1, but when it trys to install it it says that its unable to do it and i should do this manual. when i download this from microsoft it say by the instalation that its unable to install because of an newer version is already instaled.

If i download the game from the other link with standard graphics i can instal it but when i open the luncher it say Connection to the server failed and after 60 seconds it trys again but even dont work pls help

I'm useing Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit

Is anyone else not able to log in? The DDO app for my ipod says the servers are up.
But the log in keeps failing. Cant even put in my password or log in name.

A little feedback ill go a long way.
